Amidor (Pty) Ltd  is a company specialising in two categories of preserved foods namely dehydrated and canned vegetables.



We have been supplying dehydrated vegetables to the industry for nearly ten years and we are currently dehydrating and importing a wide range of products. Amidor is also the only local producer of dehydrated mushrooms in South Africa.



As a result of our relationship with some of the prominent local vegetable growers, a cannery was set up in 2004 to process larger volumes of vegetables. Since then several lines were added annually. As a cannery we strive to operate as a contract packer specialising in A10 (3kg) catering cans as well as speciality products in smaller pack sizes. We are also actively involved in developing new product lines for our customers.
